Relational Safety and Trauma Resolution

In our sessions, we focus on understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, the “dance” you and your partner do when conflict arises. Through an attachment based, trauma informed approach, we uncover how your learned blueprints shape your reactions. One partner might push for closeness while the other retreats.

From there, we define real world goals that matter to both of you:

  • Rebuilding trust after infidelity

  • Talking honestly about sexual desire and libido differences

  • Learning to communicate without defensiveness or withdrawal

  • Finding safety in emotional and physical intimacy

We’ll slow things down, making space for the difficult conversations about partnership, pleasure, and the emotional weight you’ve both been carrying. My role is to hold that space, helping you both feel seen, safe, and capable of truly hearing each other again.
