Anxiety, shame, or fear that hold you back from authentic expression
Questions around sexuality, desire, or identity
Once we understand what’s driving your patterns, we work toward tangible change — like setting boundaries without guilt, feeling safe in your own body, or finding calm where chaos used to live.
